Preamble:
Lefty, Pinkey, Lumbergh, and White Claw got off to a good start with a pre-run up and down Ferrari hill. #hillseekers
Warm-O-Rama:
After short disclaimer we moseyed over the the parking lot by the garden and bball courts for a little SSH, Weed Pickers, and Hillbillies.
The Thang:
YHC was unable to make it for the Murph on Memorial Day so it was decided to do a Makeup Murph. Wasted no time on the playground getting in 100 Pullups, 200 Pushups, and 300 Squats.
Early finishers ran to the flag did 5 Burpees then back to the playground for 10 squats until six was in.
To get the necessary mileage in for the Murph we moseyed over to the FOD for some sprints. Everyone lined up on the outfield first base foul line and sprinted to the 300ft sign in centerfield. In between sprints we did exercises in cadence. Freddie Mercuries, Diamond Merkins, Flutters, Kobes, LBC, and American Hammers.
Moseyed back to the flag and still had a few minutes for some Merkins, Dollies, Dyeing Cockroaches, and the Protactor.

Prayers for Pinkeys friend Marty’s family as he passed suddenly.
Prayers for Feathers family as he recently lost his mom.
Prayers for everyone affect by the virus and that our nation come together on a united front.
