Preamble:

It was hot and muggy at 5:30am in the morning.  We started sweating as soon as we exited the vehicle.

Warm-O-Rama:

SSH x 15

Imperial Walker x 15

Weed Picker x 15

 

The Thang:

Everyone grab a weight plate (25 lb or 35 lb) and walk to the pull-up bar.

Each person starts flutter kicks while holding their plate, except one person.  That person does 20 pull-ups.  When they are done, they go to the first station.  There are a total of 6 stations to be completed after the pull-ups.

Station 1: Thrusters w/the plate

Station 2: Bench Press w/the plate

Station 3: KB Swings w/the plate

Station 4: Reverse LBCs w/the plate

Station 5: Skull crushers w/the plate

Station 6: Front Raises w/the plate

We “Cusack’d” with the plate between each station until we reached back to the beginning at the pull-up bar.  We each did 20 pull-ups before time was called.

We said a prayer for our country during this tumultuous time.
