A foggy Eve

Preamble:

The fog was thick this morning at the Firehouse, and the weather was just ripe for a beatdown! Our fellow brother Howser was back from school and it was Christmas Eve! What better way to spend our time in the gloom then with ole friends. Let’s mosey!

The Thang:

Grab a column at the concession stand for a Balls to the Wall routine! P1 holds BTW while P2 runs to the cross walk and back. 2x’s each.

Thang 2

Head over to Field 1 for B.O.M.B.S!(50 burpees, 100 over claps, 15o merkins, 200 BBS, and 250 squats).

COT:

With no time left on the clock we headed to the Pavilionoseum for a quick Mary of flutters.
