Preamble:
We paid homage to KickSix and his trip to McDonalds last week. Don’t blame it on the rain….five PAX most certainly didn’t and brought it on a rainy, windy morning.
Warm-O-Rama:
- SSH
- Weedpicker
- Copperhead Squat
The Thang:
We started things off with a little Indian Run Run Rudolph for a few minutes and mixed in 25 Mountain Climbers (alpha count) and 15 Imperial Walkers as a tribute to this weekend’s movie premier.
Then a quick mosey over to the football field where it was time to get after it with a Double Quarter Pounder (we’ll add the cheese later).
- Sprint to the 25…25 merkins…run backwards to the end zone
- Sprint to the 50…50 squats…run backwards to the end zone
- Sprint to the far 25…75 mountain climbers…run backwards to the endzone
- Sprint to the far end zone….100 SSH…backwards to our home endzone.
Rinse and repeat. Scully and Cookie finished early so they took it upon themselves to earn some extra credit.
Mosey over to the pavilion….
- 100 Step Ups
- 100 Dips
- 100 Incline Merkins
Can you feel the burn yet? I did…but let’s mosey back over toward the football field, grab a coupon (watch out for the icebergs) and mixed in the following:
- 15 curls
- 15 overhead press
- 15 skull crushers
- 15 rows
Return those coupons and let’s circle up near the flag; Whiz brought us home with a round of J-Lo’s.
