2 Pax hit the Firehouse, settled the score and put their mark on today. Forget the cold and the temptation of the fartsack, let’s mosey!!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey down to lower lot pavilion:

• SSH
• Toy soldier
• Windmill
• Weedpicker

The Thang:

Mosey up to incline between upper and lower lot:

BCM’s- Bear Crawl and merkins- BC up hill 15 yds- hold plank with 10 merkins.  BC downhill w/ 10 merkins. Rinse and repeat for 2x’s total.

Thang 2

Head down to lower soccer field for some 4 corners. 3 rounds total.

C1- Burpees x 10

C2- Lunges x 20

C3- Imperial walkers x 30 (each leg 1)

C4- Merkins x 40

Finish up with 50 Peter Parker’s

Rinse and repeat in reverse order:

3rd round we headed for lower pavilion.  Each picnic table total of 4 tables.

T1- incline rows x 10

T2- Step ups x 20

T3- Derkins x 30

T4- Box jumps x 40
