Preamble:
So year two of the Wreckicon apparently means just two members of the Wreck show up for each beatdown. And we’re not great at backblasts so here’s a combo.
Warm-O-Rama:
We moseyed a little (very little) and did some SSH, Weed Pickers, Windmills, Hillbillys… all the usual stuff. Repeat Tues/Thurs.
The Thang:
Tues: Cinder Deck of Death. Pretty simple:
Clubs: Kettle Bell Swings
Spades: Curls
Hearts: Thrusters
Diamonds: Diamond Derkins
We made it through the deck and even on to a bonus round culminating in a joker bonus burpee catch me if you can. Then time ran out. Grinder.
Thurs: More Cinders.
Around the parking lot – start with 10 Merkins – mosey halfway to opposite end and back; Cusak cinder back to mid point station. Repeat 10 Merkins. Reapeto all the way around the parking lot. 6 stations total.
Repeat with Squats, American Hammers, Overhead Presses. Last round cut short and moved on to Billy Goats. Two rounds and then back to the flag for Mary.
