Preamble:
YHC has been itching to get to Lawrenceville to The Yard but other obligations kept me away until now! #TheGirlfriends came along, too!
Conditions:
- 70
- “lower” humidity that the last week
Warm-O-Rama:
0700 rolled around and 11 PAX had gathered for some work including FNG Shart and 2 PAX from Alpharetta.
We mosied around to the stage circled and performed:
- SSH
- Weed Pickers
- Imperial Walkers
We mosied back up to the parking.
The Thang:
YHC had heard that the Yard men aren’t fond of running. So I promised to keep the runs short. And they were. There just happened to be a lot of them!
A Musical Dora was on tap for this morning. Like a regular Dora, the PAX pair up and work on an exercise together but instead of working to a count, we worked for the duration of a song (thus the musical part!). Partner 1 runs the loop from the tables, around through the stage and back around to the tables while your partner performs the song prescribed for that song.
The exercises went like this:

The Yard men attacked the workout without complaints and got the work done! 9 minutes of merkins are ALWAYS a crowd pleaser!
After Free Bird faded away we returned The Girls to the truck and finished up with:

COT:
We welcomed Shart from Loganville (ask him for an explanation of that name) and gave thanks for the wonderful country we live in and the men and women who died for her.
