Could we be so lucky?

Preamble:

Out of the shadows a figure approached. The PAX huddled closely together in the gloom of the unlit park. The figure moved closer and closer revealing the face of the majestic Turbine. The wandering unicorn that is Turbine comes to and fro as he pleases visiting PAX across the Alpha region. The Galaxy was blessed with his presence this a.m. remembering with regret how they foolishly took for granted a rare Turbine siting. Turbine, rarely missing a beatdown, is the glorification of the Alpha region impact across northern Atlanta. The wide spread reach of the Alpha region, produces an ever growing sandbox that Turbine calls his own.

After the realization of a coveted Turbine siting set in the PAX was off.

Warm-O-Rama:

One lap around the park proved enough mosey warm up for the PAX and we continued with:

-Side Straddle Hop x20

-Hillbillies x 15

-Windmill x 15

-Goofballs x5

-Crabcakes x5

The Thang:

Five stations were identified in the field arranged in a square (5th station being the same as the 1st) approx. 20yds apart.

-Station 1 – 10 merkins

-Station 2 – 10 merkins, 20 american hammers

-Station 3 – 10 merkins, 20 american hammers, 30 air squats

-Station 4 – 10 merkins, 20 american hammers, 30 air squats, 40 plank jacks

-Station 5 – 10 merkins, 20 american hammers, 30 air squats, 40 plank jacks, 50 burpees

-Station 4 – 10 merkins, 20 american hammers, 30 air squats, 40 plank jacks

-Station 3 – 10 merkins, 20 american hammers, 30 air squats

-Station 2 – 10 merkins, 20 american hammers

-Station 1 – 10 merkins

After completing the escalator PAX finshed out with 11’s of crab cakes and goofballs
