This Coupon won’t leave me alone

Preamble:

The Sienna Clown Car full with 4 PAX, including QIC,  pealed into the AO at 5:29 ready to go.

Warm-O-Rama:

8 PAX Mossy down for a little Warm-O-Rama:

SSH – 12 count in cadence

Weed Pickers – 12 count in cadence

Sun gods – Forward and Backwards – 12 each

The Thang:

YHC brought the PAX over to the coupon pile, where I said “pick a medium coupon, one that you’ll love for a long time.”  Some PAX went big, and soon regretted it.

Mossy on up to the soccer fields where YHC gave some insight on the beatdown.  1 rule, don’t let your coupon hit the ground.  If you need help, have a PAX help you.  If a coupon hits the ground, 10 burpees for all.  YHC wanted to get the GROWRUCK PAX ready to carry weight for extended period of time.

4 corners – 20 reps each corner / 15 reps next go around/ 10,…

Curls, Coupon Bench Press, Squats, Skull Crushers

Rinse and Repeat – 20,15,10

Side to Side / Lunges, Overhead Press,  Swing from feet over head

Finished up the last 7 minutes with some team Curls, Squats, and Overhead Presses.

Great news is NOT 1 coupon touched the ground for 40 Minutes.  Great job to all PAX.  Some heavy coupons were being exchanged with other PAX to help, Great teamwork!
