Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey around the lower park and up to the top parking lot.

Warm up: (21x SSH IC, 15x Imperial Walkers, 15x Hillbilly IC and 10 count arm circles (forward/Back – Large and Small) IC)

The Thang:

9 rounds of B.S. – start with round 1 and then a lap around parking lot, round 2 add to round 1 and a lap around parking lot, repeat through all 9 rounds

• Round 1=5 burpees
• Round 2=10 merkins
• Round 3=15 LBC’s
• Round 4=20 Carolina Dry Docks
• Round 5=25 squats
• Round 6= 30 American Hammers
• Round 7=35 shoulder presses
• Round 8=40 STH
• Round 9=Plan till the Six is in.

Mosey to the flag – reversed route we took to get up to the hill
