Singing in the Rain

Preamble:

YHC rain the speaker out to the pavilion during an unexpected down pour at 5:25. The Galaxy puddle looked bigger than ever and YHC was excited to get down to business.

Warm-O-Rama:

With 6 PAX in total we moseyed a half lap into the following:

• Side Straddle Hops x20
• Weed Pickers x15
• Hillbillies x15
• Goofballs x10

The Thang:

It was a great morning for music so YHC cranked up the tunes and we got down to business.

• Sally Up Song – First half done with Merkins/Second half done with squats
• Love the Way You Lie – When Eminem rapped PAX did lbc’s/When Rihanna sang PAX held shoulders off the ground.

From there PAX grabbed a coupon to hit the playground. We completed a set of 7s with the following:

• Squat Drops (Coined by YHC) – squat down with coupon than come up with out it and squat down again grabbing it is one rep
• Burpee Pull Ups – Start with a regular burpee and instead of jumping at the end do a pull up.
• PAX finished 7s with a half lap holding their coupon.

From 7s we jumped into 11s with the following:

• Jump Squats
  • Run across parking lot into
• LBC Flutter Kicks

PAX circled up for a few minutes of planks and workouts called out by YHC then into the COT we went.

COT:

• Prayers for injured guys
• Blue is setting up a work day at a recent widows house for May 2nd
• The Asylum is starting March 2nd in West Cobb
