Mucho Chesto laps around the kidney bean, stopping at each cross trail for 10 Mercans, regular, wide, diamond, stagger lefts and rights. Rinse and repeat for 2 for a total of 100 mercans
next, on to 3 man pain stations for 3 sets AMRAP:
Round 1: Pull ups, step ups, short side lap
Round 2: Dercans, LBC’s, short side lap
Round 3: Calf raises, squats, short side lap
Hot the rock pile for 2 sets of rapid fires and back to the flag for Mary
