- 25’s: in 5 rep increments (5/20; 10/15; etc…)
- Carolina dry docks at origin (bottom of hill)
- Monkey humpers at destination (top of hill)
- Berny Sanders (running backwards) while going up the hill

The Trifecta done at own pace:

- 100 burpees
- 150 squats
