It was a great 54-degree morning for a beatdown! 6 PAX worked hard and finished strong. There was a lot of Iron Sharpening Iron for an encouraging morning. One PAX admitted to taking too much time off over the last month, so what better time to get back at it than now? Here’s the COA:
Mosey around the parking lot for Warmup:
- Cotton Pickers
- Side Straddle Hops
- Squats
Mosey towards the church, stopping along the way for Walking Like an Egyptian. Then a short mosey to the playground for Partner Up. 1 partner does 10 Mexican Jumping Beans and the other does 10 swerkins and switch up. Rinse and Repeat 3 times. PAX continued with exercises and sprints to the 2nd light post:
- 100 Star Jumps
- 150 Merkins
- 200 Squats
- 250 Dips
Start Mosey back to the Flag with 300 Monkey H’s on the way back. Due to an unfortunate falling of the flag, we finished of with 13 Burpees. The Q had no plans to work Burpees into this workout, but somehow they found a way in.
Boomer challenged the group with F3_250, a goal of completing 250 workouts in a calendar year (F3 or elsewhere, at least 30 minutes per workout). No takers yet, YHC is still considering it. Prayers for Flo & family and Dab’s brother. A few of us will be traveling next week, so we’ll be praying for safety and honoring God with our lives while away from the families.
