Warmup:
Mosey around the lot, slide left, slide right, back up to “almost” starting point for SSH, Imperial Walkers, and Cotton Pickers.
The Thang:
Mosey to the church for a Circle of Pain on the hill. 10 merkins, rotating 2 spots for a total of 60. The Q’s out of breath, so count on your own on the last ten! Then we’re across the parking lot for lunges and squats. 144 lunges and 45 squats total. Mosey to the track for a Burpee Mile. That’s 4 laps around the track and 48 Burpees. Feeling the pain now! Mosey to the soccer field for some Plank variations. 3:30 planks for Piggie and Boomer! On the Mosey back to the flag, the Q tries Bear Crawls across the lot. A little ambitious, I must say! Ended with 10 LBC’s and 10 Dolly’s.
Moleskin:
Prayers for Dab and his wife as they spend time at the hospital. Continue to pray for Boomer and family, especially for his mother-in-law. Sneakers has some opportunities at work, praying for him and those he’s talking to.
