Brute Force (Burpee) Mile

Preamble:
Been looking at the Brute Force Mile for a while, which is usually completed with a 50-75 lb sandbag, and figuring out how we incorporate. After a few modifications, I think this one is cooked and ready for the Meathouse with an F3 fried egg on top. Rain was coming down pretty steady so we moved to the parking garage. Just a few PAX in attendance, but I think this worked out due to the poor instructions from YHC.Warm-O-Rama:

Goes a little something like this (no weight vest for exercises, just lap):- 50 coupon facing burpees (forward jump over coupon)
- Run garage lap w/ vest
- 10 Rounds: 3 roving coupon merkins, 4 deadlift high coupon pulls, 5 goblet squats
- Run garage lap w/ vest
- 1,2,3,4,5 reps of the following combo:
- Bear complex (coupon clean to thruster)
- Blockee
- Run garage lap w/ vest
- 50 lateral burpees over coupon
- Run garage lap w/ vest
