Simple was the goal, as YHC just drove back in town from Chicago. Of course i wanted to see the deep dish, so what a great surprise - he's the only pax here!

The Thang:
Simple. That was the goal and we nailed it. Ruck / Carry around the track and at each position 3, 6, 9, and 12 do 10 merkins. After about 30 minutes we switched to either squats or American hammers (20 reps).
