Preamble:

It was cold, so we had to keep moving

Warm-O-Rama:

SSHs followed by a dynamic lap around the park including high knees, butt kickers, karaokes, and super Mario's.

The Thang:

7s starting at the pavilion - lunges at pavilion and stair laps (up stairs, over to next set of stairs, down stairs, back to pavilion = 1 lap). That's it!
