16th Anniversary Beatdown

Preamble:

Fresh off my birthday and on to my 16th wedding anniversary, YHC was ready to lead with a 0.0 to end all 0.0's!

Warm-O-Rama:

A quick mosey (doesn't count as running) to the parking lot for some SSH's, weed pickers, hill billys, and arm circles. Then another quick mosey, past the flag and over to the pavillion.

The Thang:

Typical Cam's BD starts with 10 minutes of core work. 5 rounds, 2 minutes to complete each round, rest for the remainder. Each round consists of 10 v-ups, 10 box cutters, 10 big boy situps, and 10 imperial walkers (alpha). That wasn't enough core work, so a quick mosey back to the flag where we partnered up. We had 4 rounds of 6 movements, 1 minute per movement. Partner 1 completed plank holds, walls sits, and handstand holds while Partner 2 completed merkins, jump squats, and hollow rocks. Then we switched and partner 1 did partner 2's 3 exercises and vice versa. That was 1 round and took 6 minutes. Then we did 3 more rounds. Fun times.
