Preamble:

And I thought we would be missing IPC Week 4 due to Hurricane Helene...but fortunately the PAX from HQ were able to upload the video in time.

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick warmup as we needed 40 minutes for the IPC.  SSH, Windmills, Squats, Tempo Merkins, and World's Greatest Stretch completed.

The Thang:

Maul's Backyard Burpee BD: 8 five minute rounds each consisting of the following: -200 M run -30 count of an exercise (listed below) -200 M run -AMRAP of Burpees (keep track of your total count as this is what your score is based on this week) Exercises to be performed each round: 1 - Freddy Mercury (alpha) 2 - Pickle Pounder 3- Flutter Kick (alpha) 4 - Plank Jack 5 - Monkey Humper 6 - Squat 7 - LBC 8 - SSH
