Preamble:
Windjammers own Caroline made the front page giving the what for to city council for the Alpharetta parking situation. I was hoping to get his opinions on our town but for now we will just hang in Windjammer's lot.Warm-O-Rama:
We take off at 5:30 toward the lake hoping to make FannyPack sprint to catch up, although he technically did arrive on time. He was further redeemed when Deep dish joined us halfway through warmup. Anyways we hit the usuals and get back toward the clubhouse.The Thang:
- I brought a few cinders but we had to grab a couple of rocks to take on this next part. Partner up for a Dora 1-2-3
- 100 mercans
- 200 Lunge (single)
- 300 LBC
- But for the runners they will go to the cinder/rock stack and hit 5 reps of Squats, Curls, and OH Presses based on the round.
- We get a close look at the lot by bear crawling up to the cinder pile and hitting plank jack every four HORIZONTAL lines. We switch up the dora so pax are doing:
- 50 Squats / 5 Mercans
- 100 Curls / 5 Squats
- 150 Presses / 5 LBC
- It is noted that the rock is heavier than every cinder there which is insane.
- Back to the flag for rounds of mary including gas pumpers, circle burp, ssh, and hammers before time
- General feeling was that the dumpster area is the nicest part of the lot. The rest rates somewhere in between Webb Bridge Road currently and the Rubicon Cheese Grater.
