Preamble:

My first BW BD in many weeks, thanks to kids' sports and other conflicts.  A beautiful morning meant that it was also a good opportunity to roll out the old girl, and in her honor I decided on a car-themed BD.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey around the soccer field with bernies, karaokes.  Circle up for SSH, weed pickers, Abe Vigodas, Moroccan Nightclubs.  

The Thang:

Thang 1, at the terrace steps: 4 Strokes 10 each: Irkins, 1-leg dip, Dirkins, Other-leg dips.  R&R for four cycles Songs: Panama (VH); Dukes of Hazzard Theme (Merle) Thang 2, at the baseball pavillion: RPMs Start at pavillion as hub, run down each of 4 paths to cone, shuttle style, back through hub each time until completing all 4 paths.  EMOM-style complete cycle every 2.5 minutes.  Rinse and repeat 6 times. Songs: Cadillac Ranch (Bruce); Hot Rod Lincoln (Commander Cody); Life is a Highway (Tom Cochran); Road Runner Theme (Looney Tunes): Trans Am (Sammy Hagar) Thang 3, small parking lot: '49 Mercurys 2 count Freddie Mercury to 1 big boy.  49 reps Songs: Mercury Blues (Alan Jackson); I'm in Love with My Car (Queen) Thang 4, large ovoid parking lot near coupon pile: Piston poppers Dora style - Starting at 1 end of the inside parking spaces, 1 pax performs Inchworm (from standing position, bend over and walk out hands until in plank position), then pulls legs up and performs a jump squat, while other runs one half lap including stairs.  Switch and repeat until each group reaches end of parking spaces. Songs: Greased Lightnin' (Grease); Drive My Car (Beatles); East Bound and Down (Jerry Reed) Thang 5, BFH: Back Seats Start at top of BFH.  4 cones indicate bottom, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 of hill.  Run down to bottom cone and perform 5 herpees (Burpee with hand release), run to top of hill and perform 5 herpees, run down to 1/4 cone and perform 5 herpees, back to top for 5 herpees, etc until all cones are herpeed.
