Preamble:
Was the first muggy day of spring and the PAX were in store for a good ole fashioned slogfest. 10 PAX started the workout and a straggler joined mid way through.Warm-O-Rama:
Head over to the dam for SSH Weedtwister (cookie's variation of weedpicker) Smurfjacks Imperial WalkerThe Thang:
- Mosey to the sports park with a head fake at the wall, but not BTTW this time. We headed back to the rear field where the mumblechatter can be raised. Partner up for a traditional Dora 123.
- Once complete we headed up the Dam hill to grab some coupons. Next up was 10 burpee broadjumps across the Dam while your partner was doing Colt 45 with a coupon. Once the broadjumps reached 10, the PAX with coupon would rifle carry and meet his partner, switching up. We did this all the way across the dam.
- Finally, with about 10 mins left, we utilized the hill once more. One partner would carry the coupon up while the other would go up backwards. Switch off, each going 2 times up both ways.
