Q spot was open and I didn't want Ballboy to torture me with hills after the Hooch BD on Wednesday so I stepped up to lead.

We did those stupid looking stretches all runners do. My favorite is the hip-opener.

As QIC, I planned to take it on the slow side since we had less than 5 planned but I went a little too fast but slowed it down on the way back.
