Get great sleep

Preamble:

2 weeks till we leave for BRR so I wanted to keep some of the intensity with a good old fashioned run to Power Line Hill.

Warm-O-Rama:

Stretch those legs next to dee car (Adam Sandler voice)

The Thang:

We ran down to Webb Bridge and turned left to mosey over to Powerline Hill. YHC felt great but still tight from a Tower Road Run the previous Sunday.

COT:

Pray for families going through health issues and prayers unsaid.

Maguire reminded of the South Africa / New Zealand rugby match on Friday and coming soon World Cup.

Darth Visor is this weekend.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

We learned it was Sunshine’s first time up the hill and also from Angus about how lack of sleep apparently lowers T levels. True or not, I think everyone can use better sleep these days.
