Belated Birthday Beatdown

Preamble:

YHC picked up this Q before vacation. I had planned a birthday Q DR while on vacation but there was no one available to enjoy/suffer my beatdown. So I just brought it home with me from Florida

Around lower parking lot

We did

47 of every exercise in sets of 10 4x amd then one set of 7. The only exception was we did two sets of 20 squats. And then one set of 7

Between each set we moseyed 2-3 light posts. Not all the posts are evenly spaced.

Then we moved to the upper lot and did sprint/mosey around and back to the flag
