Substi-Q

Preamble:

What was supposed to be Dr Rico’s 1 year Windjammer anniversary, turned into a Cookie substi-Q beatdown.  1 solo pre-running Hot Sauce.

9 PAX answered the call and at 5:30 off we went into the gloom.

Warm-O-Rama:

Typical Windjammer warm-up at the Dam including SSH, Weedpicker (courtesy of Dipstick) and Imperial Walker.  Arm circles too.

The Thang:

Head up towards clubhouse, stopping just short of the Lake Windward Dr hill.

11’s

• 10 Carolina Drydocks at the bottom
• 1 Big Boy Situp at the top

Next we headed to the sports park for a PAX pick your poison:  pull-ups or BTTW.  The PAX picked pull-ups.  Split into 2 teams with reps determined by number of PAX times 10.  YHC added a quiz for the 5 core principles of F3 and added 5 pull-ups for every wrong answer.  After the payment was deposited, we headed back towards the flag, stopping at the Dam for some dips and squats.  Back to the flag for 2 minutes of Mary:  box cutters and freddie mercury.

COT:

Great having Valley Girl join us from AlphaNorth.  No signs of Payroll this morning after he HC’d, so I guess nobody is getting paid today!  Hope to have regulars like Townie, Milli and False Start back soon.

Prayers for family friends of Cox and Brutus.  Also prayers that Dr Rico gets better.  Announcement that Windjammer would be closed on Black Friday and special hours for next Wednesday, 6AM start with coffeeteria to follow.
