Q’ing from the Rear

Preamble:

Honor to lead the Academy athletes from the rear.

Warm-O-Rama:

Moseyed around to Mayfield with toe taps and shuffle stories.  Stretched on the football field with some motivators, mary-katherines, and fire hydrants.

The Thang:

The Auburn mile consists of running around the track with a full stadium snake four times with 25 dips entering the stadium and 25 big boys leaving the stadium.

Modified burpees from one side of the football field to the other for merkins, 12 run, 11 run, 10 run…..1 run

Practiced our skiing technique jumping from one mogul to the next
