Tour de Crabapple…with a few stairs

Preamble:

Nice, cool 50 degree morning at #Nirvana saw 8 pax take the #DRP for a good ole tour of what this AO has to offer. The men were ready to roll and after disclaimer given we did just that.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the flag pole in front of Milton HS for the following:

Imperial Walkers, Windmills, Groiners, Happy Jacks.

YHC then began the tour of Crabapple starting with the Eagle’s Nest (Milton HS football stadium). Burpee Mile with three burpees every so often and then stadiums with one burpee at bottom and one at the top.

The Thang:

After moseying to ‘Billy’s place’, the soon-to-be piano bar we hope….the pax did Hard 11’s.

11 Mike Tyson’s at the bottom of the stairs, then 10 Lunges (Alpha count) at top, 9 MT’s at bottom, 8 Lunges at top, etc down to one.

Miller Time had to split but the rest were eager to see the rest of Crabapple 🙂

On to the ‘Green’ area near Old Blind Dog.

50 Derkins

100 American Hammers (go US – Ryder Cup!!)

150 Monkey Humpers (thanks for the assist Pitstop)

YHC heard a little traffic out on Crabapple road so decided to do 10 Monkey Humpers (IC) to get everyone’s attention.

Mosey now to the tall stairs behind the three story building up Mayfield Rd.  Time was running short so only did set of 10 Burpees, 10 Squats, 10 Leg Raises then sprint to the top of the stairs. Now back to the flag and finished with two MOM – Freddie Mercuries, Dolly, Big Boy’s.

COT:

• Pitstop’s brother had successful gall bladder surgery.

• Chelsea out of the hospital and doing better. Thankful and continued prayers for him and the family.

• YHC’s friend with 2 year old daughter (Oaklynn) who has Leukemia not having success with chemo so going to alternative procedures.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Honored to lead the men at Nirvana this morning and take a quick tour of all that this new AO has to offer. Man, an hour goes by fast but surely more Q’s in the future will find other hidden gems. The men really enjoyed the stair work today and even heard Heidi comment at the end “Ooh, more stairs”.  Can’t wait for YHC’s next Q as there are definitely more stairs to be found 🙂
