Preamble:
For my first time leading @ Nirvana, I decided to keep it simple and effective.Warm-O-Rama:
Moseyed to the front of the school for some light, and performed SSH, IW and Copperhead Squats. I think.The Thang:
First thang: Shuffled over to the nearest parking lot section for a Dora -- 100 merkins, 200 BB, 300 Squats; the running partner covering the length of the parking lot and back. Second thang: We moseyed back to the track behind the school to access the bleachers, which we would include in the following modified BLIMPS:- 5 Burpees, run across the field and back
- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, run across the field and back
- 5 burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, run across the field and back
- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperials, 20 Merkins, run across the field and back
- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperials, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, run across the field and back
- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperials, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Step-Ups, run across the field and back
