Windjammers gave Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. some deserved love and respect today. In 1963 he had a dream…a dream that we are still working on today. Thankful for FREEDOM, a 13PAX of @FalseStart @MilliVanilli @DrRico @StiffArm @Hanson @Hokie @Surely  @Cookie @Townie 3FNGs & @WalkieTalkie headed out into the gloom for an 1-20-2020 Beatdown & MLK Jr./Inauguration Day Tribute.

It was such a good dream that we didn’t want to wake up & we did it 3 TIMES…AND  we DOUBLED the rep count on Round Two.

@FalseStart led some Flutter Kicks for the early finishers…I think he got his 46 rep count he desired. ☺

Mosey back to the Jeep where Q Blasted U2’s Pride (aka In the Name of Love). We divided into 2 Teams facing each other. Every time Bono said “Love” we did a Burpee. We mixed in some air-chair & plank in verse two but kept doing Burpees on queue.

*Historical Fact – MLK was actually shot in the evening so Bono often corrects in live performances.

Q tried to give the PAX the last minute off but @Cookie & @Surely weren’t having it so finished with two rounds of Freddies & Kobes Great work, Team!
