Attack on San Juan Hill

Preamble:

In honor of this date in history, President Theodore Roosevelt died.  We attacked the hill.  Over… and over again! Nice 32 degree clear as a bell morning with no wind. Sweet !

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey over to the playground and warm up with some side lunges, tin soldiers, side straddle hops, and arm swings.

The Thang:

Mosey over to the local ditch and grabbed a walking coupon which was renamed “Little baby rock”.  All PAX instructed to take special care of their little baby rock.  Now mosey to THE HILL.  Instructed to “take the hill” in honor of Teddy and his rough riders. How?

Put little baby rock in your lap and crab walk backwards up the hill. Don’t drop your little baby rock! At the top crank out 10 merkins. Run to the bottom and bounce out 25 jump ropes.  Repeat and rinse 10 times.

Mosey to the wall. 50 dips and 25 decline merkins.  Rinse and repeat 4 times.

Back to the hill. Running out of time….. modify.

Run backwards up the hill (always with little baby rock) crank out 30 LBCs with little baby rock.  Rinse and repeat 10 times.

Running out of time… charge the hill in a full sprint to the top one last time.   VICTORY!

Mosey back to the flag.   Returning little baby rocks.
