Latest news on the COVID front is that the police are using a sterilization program on their Ford cruisers that runs the heater to bring the interior temp up to 130 for 15 minutes and that will kill COVID on the interior surfaces. Guess what? Truck Norris sits all day in the sun. Mission accomplished. Bring back the girls!

The Thang:
With the warm-up song coming in for a landing it is time to partner up and pick a dance partner for the main event. PArtner 1 runs to the top of the rise (not really a hill) and back while partner 2 performs the exercise then flap-jack. New song = new exercise. It went like this:

Nice seeing everyone back out at The Norseman again… even though we are still keeping distance. Pumba needs to figure out his morning schedule again. Up at 0430 and leave the house at 0500 ensured he arrived on time! Early! The group was split up evenly between the 30 somethings and the 50 somethings. All worked hard and got in a good sweat.
