Ladder of Merkin

Preamble:

YHQ took 7 and Chain Gang took 6 for another competitive beat down.

Warm-O-Rama:

Touchdowns 15x i.c.

Air Squats, then Squat Jacks 15x i.c.

Windmill 15x i.c.

Mountain Climber 15x i.c.

Toy Soldiers 15x i.c.

Rinse and Repeat

The Thang:

We ran to the bottom of the Vanderlyn Drive Hill.  Then we did a zombie walk/lunge walk up the hill toward Dunwoody High School.

From the top of the hill, we did a Merkin Ladder: 20 merkins at the top of the hill, 19 at the bottom, 18 at the top and so on down to 1 merkin at the bottom.

Al Gore for the six.

Bear crawl from the bottom of the hill to the stop bar, where we ran into Chain Gang’s prisoners – just released from their backbreaking labor with coupons.

We ran across the bleachers and around the track to the flag pole.

Next was a short Mary:

Dying Beetle 15x i.c.

Low Leg Raise 15x i.c.

ABC 15x i.c.

Obliques 15x i.c.

We finished up with the PAX doing high knees in place and dropping to do burpees every time YHQ called it.

We raced Chain Gang’s group back to the COT.
