The Loop
We run to the entrance of the loop around the soccer fields and did 30 Gas Pampers and 30 Grinders (the middle part of a Burpee). We run the loop, about 1.3M, with a few stops for additional Gas Pampers and Grinders – 25 each, 20 each, 15 each and ending back at the entrance with 10 each.
Lazy Dora
We partnered up. Each couple counts only one exercise – 600 LBCs.
One partner does LBCs while the other maintains Balls to the Wall until failure, then switch. Next one partner continues the LBCs while the other partner maintains a Low (elbow) Plank until failure, then switch. Last ne partner continues the LBCs while the other partner maintains 6″ until failure, then switch. If not finished with the 600 LBCs, go back to Balls to the Wall.

COT:
No special announcements, just the expected – healing for the sick and comfort to those who are scared or suffering.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Last night I saw on Slack that some PAX prefer to avoid the BDs, even with the new safety measures. Very much understandable. My concern – we don’t know how long this ‘new normal’ would last and we’ll all be running a risk of moving from Social Distance to Social Disconnect.
At the very least, we can use technology to keep tabs on our friends – not just in F3 but in our private lives and even coworkers – to check how they are doing. Do they need anything? If they are OK with one on one meetups, can we come over?
It is especially in time of needs that we need to rely on each other and we need to find ways of doing that, even as we maintain a measure of physical distance.
