- Corner 1- 10x Chuck Norris merkins.
- Corner 2 – 10x CNM and 20x BBSU,
- Corner 3 – 10x CNM 20x BBSU and 30x Werkins,
- Corner 4 – 10x CNM, 20xBBSU, 30x Werkins and 40x squat jumps.
- Then reverse order, repeating at corner 3,2 1
Caught up with the 6 at Corner 2 and finished as a PAX.
