The Thang:
Mosey to the lake with a few stops for sets of 10 Burpees.
Partner wheel-barrow up the hill then moseyed to the playground for a round of Foley.
Next grabbed a rock for a circuit of running a lap with rock and there/back on the football field (50 yards of beat crawl:crab walk: partner wheel barrel, 50 yard sprint, then 100 yard run back). Rinse and repeat. Race back to flag!
