6 Pax posted on a humid Monday gloom for a sweat-infused, Crack-inspired beatdown. Here is what happened.
Warmup: IC
- SSH
- Squats
- Merkins
- Imperial Walkers
The Thang:
Mosey to the playground for our pull-up challenge. First had to do some derkins and dips to get the arms warm. 3 sets of pull-ups at whatever amount of reps you can do. 2 more than last week. Mosey to the hill of shame. Partner carry up the hill, 5 burpees, back down hill, and repeato. X 2. Next mosey to the soccer field for Sally in plank position. 2 laps around the field with second lap including sprints on the short side. Sally in squat position. Mosey back to the flag for Sally in 6 inches position. Recover.

- We need Miyagi, Sunshine, and Ratatouille. Just not the same without y’all.
- Hoping I never get Big South as my partner for partner carries.
I sure hope the other PAX had two partners on their backs. That’s the only way y’all got a similar workout. Isn’t Big South about Shaq-sized? Wonder if he can shoot free throws…
