13 showed up this nippy morning for a tour of Wills Park.  The Q tried three different spots to get the flag to stick.  He must of been worried about it because he couldn’t get the exercises right to save his life.  

Warm up

Mosey over to the Wills Road parking lot then

21 Side Straddle Hops

15 Squats

20 LBC’s at this time a Pink Panther strolled up on us!  Luckily he knew DC2 and decided to join.

Mosey over to play ground for some people’s chair and a set of pullups

 

Mosey over to the hill up Wills Road

 

1st Hill Run – 5 Squats at the top – Plank at the bottom

2nd Hill Run – 10 Squats at the top – 6 inches at the bottom

3rd Hill Run – 15 Squats at the top – 6 inches at the bottom

4th Hill Run – 20 Squats at the top – 6 inches at the bottom

5th Hill Run – 25 Squats at the top – 6 inches at the bottom

10/3 Wills Park community service project.  We will begin at 7:30 after our workout.  Grits is in charge of getting us coffee?  Crack will sing and Foghorn will moan and groan.

  1. Thought it was great Q although Darth no likey the running. Need to build stamina. Nice option and change of scenery. How did you know about pull up bar?

    Glad to say I was not fewest pull up count!!!
