Preamble:

Thanks to Homer, Birdie, and Doughboy who came early to help YHC set up for today. We met at the soccer field closest to the Hooch and measured 25, 50, 75, and 100 yards from a start point. It was dark, so we added some lights to mark the lines at the last three.

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick warmup with some SSH and a run to the 25-yard line and back.

The Thang:
