Mosey around the parking lot, circling up in front of former Hurricanes. Did four warm up exercises – Overhead claps, Side straddle hops, Windmills & Copperhead Squats.
Thang 1: Running the Gauntlet! Split up in teams of 3, two Pax running the gauntlet (a 50-yard stand of pairs of trees, cross county style) while third member did exercises, switching out with two running while 1 exercies. 100 Burpies, 200 Big-Boy situps, 300 Squats.
Thang 2: Mosey over to another parking lot, four corners: 1) 10x V-Ups, 2) 10x Plank-Jacks, 3) 10x Old-man up-downs, 4) 10x Merkins
Thang 3: Mosey over to Starbucks lot and do Suicides and Merkins, with sprint to the flag.
Prayers lifted up for Ready-Mix, tough conversation coming with boss at work, for Boomer’s MRI results being negative (good) but prayers for further tests.
