We partnered up at the bottom of Burn’s favorite hill at St. Francis…paging Burns…hello? Anyway, while one partner ran to the top of the hill and back, the other partner did 25 Merkins and then 25 lunges. After this little extended warmup, we went back up the hill and over by the baseball field. I had been thinking for a few weeks that the tractor tires were getting lonely, so we paid them a visit. We stayed with our partner setup and flipped the tire while the other partner ran to the end of the fence and back. We alternated until the tire was at the end of the field/fence. Turn around and repeat until the tire is safely back home!
We ran back through the campus and stopped off for some dips, step ups and derkins. First with 15, then 10. Mosey back to North Park.
Stopped by the reflection garden where we reflected on 20 Irkins and 20 Squats…repeato, then Mosey to the turf field.
YHC turned 37 last week, and since there wasn’t a birthday Q on Monday, we had to touch the 37 yard line and bear crawl to the other 37 yard line. Tight on time, we headed back for Mary.
Box cutters, LBCs, and Freddie Mercury took us home.
Thankful for a beautiful morning to be able to work out alongside some great men!
