The 1st Pax showed, and then just kept on showing. What appeared to be a small group of 4 quickly became 10. Apparently GreenBean’s supplied beatdown from Tuesday, was not quite so fierce as previously thought.
(All IC and x15) SSH, Imperial Walkers, Low-Slow Squats, Windmills, and Stone Mountain Push-Ups (x10). Mosey, out to Womack and up to Vanderlyn and into the upper lot. (All IC and x15) SSH, Imperial Walkers, Low-Slow Squats, Windmills, and Stone Mountain Push-Ups (x10). Mosey back out to and over to Vanderlyn to the front lot. (All IC and x15) SSH, Imperial Walkers, Low-Slow Squats, Windmills, and Stone Mountain Push-Ups (x10).
Mosey Back out to Vanderlyn drive and down to the dip in the road – alternating 10 single count lunges followed by 10 broad jumps, from the dip up to the 2nd light pole. (and to Chaingang’s point, it took a while for us to get there). Mosey up the hill and into the lot and on around to the Pit of Pain, where we each grabbed a stone (some smaller than others). Circled up for some arm and chest work. (All IC and all X15 – 3 times around). OTEs, Overhead Chest Press, Pick and Place Left/Right (x10), and Curls for the Girls. After each exercise rotate to a new rock.
Mosey out to Vermack and down the hill to the picnic benches for 2 rounds/x10/IC of Dips, Incline Merkins and Step-Ups.
Mosey to the school wall for Wall Sits, Balls to the Wall and Wall Sits.
Mosey back to the lot for a little bit of Mary – IC – x20 LowDollys and x10 each side Obliques.
