Sham ROCK!

Preamble:

Viruses, Stocks, and nothing but rain in the forecast had YHC a little down Monday.  The chatter on slack lately confirmed I’m not the only one.  With all that’s going on, I thought we could lift some spirits this morning by jamming out to some Irish Rock for a little Pre-St. Patrick’s celebration.

Thang I: Board O’ Pain

After the warm up, we moseyed down to the FOD for a classic beatdown burner: the Board of Pain (Irish Style).  Once YHC fired up the tunes started, it was time to go:

Good job by all.  And as I noted to a few of the guys, I did my level best to find songs with out expletives, but failed miserably.  Apologies if anyone was offended; the Irish will say what they want to say.

Thang II: Bear Leaf Clover

Once everyone had completed their sets, we convened at home plate for some additional punishment.  We started by bear crawling to first base, then completed 5 squats.  Back to the bear crawl to 2nd base, then 10 Squats.  And so on until we got home and completed 20 Squats.  El Matador must have thought we were on a Strava segment, because he left us in the dust (though Devito was not far behind).

After a quick 10 count, we Mosey’d back to the flag for a few rounds of Mary.

COT:

-Great job by all getting that last dry beatdown in before the rain hits.
