Moseyed from the flag to the playground and circled up for the following exercises:
Side Straddle Hops
The pax was warmed up so we rolled right into the main event.
Pax paired up for an all-time F3 standard circuit coupled with music from an all-time most popular jazz album – Kind of Blues. Partner 1 runs one loop around the playset while partner 2 performs the BLIMPS exercises starting with Burpees. The partners then swap roles. Rinse and repeat until every team completes cumulative total reps of each of the following exercises.
Burpees x 50
Lunges x 75
Imperial Walkers x 100
Merkins x 125
Plank Jacks x 150
Squats x 175
Before moving to the next event, an audible was called, so we completed 10 pull-ups and then moseyed to the multiple purpose field.
Rock, Paper, Scissors
Pax separated into two teams. One member from each team face-off to play rock, paper, scissors. The winning member (team) chooses an exercise and the number of reps for the entire pax to perform. The losing team performs 1.5X of the same exercise (50% more reps). If the shoot results in a tie, the entire pax performs 10 SSH before continuing with the game. Rinse and repeat with different members from each team.
After 9 or 10 rounds, it was time to mosey back to the flag.
