We Get Blocked Out At The Stadium

Preamble:

57 degrees and a light rain greeted the faithful at The Norseman on this fine morning. Daylight Savings Time is starting to feel normal.  But as 0530 rolled around the rain stopped and it was shorts and t-shirt weather!

Warm-O-Rama:

After recommending gloves we rolled out down the road toward Cogburn stopping for:

• Weed Pickers
• Imperial Walkers

The Thang:

We cruised over to St. Francis and each picked up a cinder from the bone yard and went back to the stadium. Well, tried to! We ended up on the track looking up at fence. Nacho pointed us back top the parking lot for an entry in through the fence.

The set up this morning was for 25 reps of an exercise and then run half the stadium with our cinder. Returning to the parking lot we go for another 25 reps.

Time is running out so we return the cinders to the boneyard and mosey back stopping for 20 Squats in cadence.

Running back to the flag we stopped at the back of the parking lot for Bear Crawl DB drills. I don’t know if bears do DB drills but they probably are better at it than we are!

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Great to see the new faces at The Norseman! We have a stout crew making their way out. Duracell is out for his second post. Tophat back out for the second time this week. Pothole found his way over to the west side of 400  and Delta is back after business trips. And TMI is back out with us! Along with regulars Nacho and Pumba a great crew this morning!

Groupie, Callahan and Crikey we miss you!
