Monster Jam BD

Preamble:

With Monster Truck Jam coming up this weekend and several PAX taking their kids, YHC thought this would be a good theme for this BD.  Did a little prep-work for this BD to setup several stations where each station was focused on a particular Monster Truck.

Warm-O-Rama:

10 SSH

10 Windmills

10 Mountain Climbers

The Thang:

Station 1 – Wolf Head

Played the song “Werewolves in London”.  PAX stayed in plank position.  For each howl in the chorus, the PAX performed a Werewolf – downward dog plus upward dog.

Station 2 – Donkey Kong

Played the song “DK Rap”.  Lined PAX up against the building in the parking lot.  PAX did repeats of 4 Donkey Kicks and 10 Monkey Humpers until the song ended.  Heard some mumble chatter at the 4 min mark of the song.

Station 3 – Stone Crusher

Played the song “The Crusher”. PAX performed repeats of Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes

Played the song “Stone in Love”.  PAX performed repeats of 10 Curls, 10 OH presses, 10 Skull Crushers

Station 4 – Zombie

Setup two tarps.  For each tarp, two PAX sat on tarp and two PAX pulled the tarp for 10 yards.  The rest of the PAX did Zombie crawls for each 10 yard increment.  PAX rotated positions on the tarp.

Station 5 – Grave Digger and Monster Mutt

Setup two groups of bowling pins with two remote-controlled Monster Trucks.  For each group, 1 PAX drove the Monster Truck into the pins.  PAX did Merkins for each pin left standing.

COT:

Hostage mentioned prayers for upcoming Service Missions Trip.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Enjoyed the opportunity to join this group of men on a cold morning and make ourselves a little better at the end.
