Sometimes we put it to the test

Warm-O-Rama:

Moesy in the rain around the parking lot. We had some last moment comers who braved the weather so we circled around for them. We continued to the pavilion for SSH, Windmilles, Moroccan Night Club and Hill Billies? I don’t recall for sure if we did or not.

The Thang:

Slightly modified version of the MAROSC Short Card – a great workout for a closed location with no running

  • 30 LBCs – double count
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Windmills – alpha count
  • 30 Wide Merkins
  • 30 Mountain Climbers – alpha count
  • 30 Flutter Kicks – alpha count
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Weed Pickers

We saw the rain died down a bit so decided to run a lap toward the flag and back. We got back just as the rain started to get stronger.

  • 30 Star Jumps
  • 30 Supermans
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Chain Breakers – IC
  • 30 Hand Release Merkins
  • 30 Lunges
  • 30 Dollies – Moonshine encouraged us to do double count
  • 10 Burpees
  • 30 American Hammers – Moonshine led IC

that’s the end of the modified short card.

With 10 minutes to spare we continued with:

20 Step Ups (10 each leg)

20 Dips IC

20 Step Ups

20 Erkins

20 Step Ups

20 Bonnie Blairs – alpha count

Mosey back to the flag for 20 Box Cutters. Some PAX complained about getting thoroughly socked. YHC will not admit it was on purpose.
