That Escalated quickly

Preamble:

Got there early to setup and decide where to complete the beatdown, yet still missed a few sand bags, thanks to Schneider for finding them.
Everyone rolled in right at 5:30 and as Ace Ventura was getting out his vehicle we started the mosey, and picked him up along the way to the rally point

Warm-O-Rama:

As we moseyed to the rally point the last 100 yards or so we ran in reverse to change up the standard mosey, on to the Warm up

The Thang:

Escalation time
The concept was robbed from another AOs Backblast, sorry cannot remember the AO or PAX that created it, but here is the plan
First PAX picks an exercise we do 3 reps then we run
Second PAX picks an exercise and we all do 3 of the first exercise then 6 of the second exercise, third PAX will pick another exercise and we all do 3 of first exercise, 6 of second, 9 of third, each time doing the previous exercises then adding in another with 3 more reps, that was the plan and here is how it played out

Great job to all the PAX, and you went all in on the exercises, for sure!

COT:

Did the head count and Name-o-rama, gave props to all that showed up 8 is the second most PAX I have seen at Firehouse, hoping to break 10 PAX count soon.
Pray for country with all that is going on in Washington and the division between the political parties
Pray for Skynyrds brother and all that are dealing with Covid
Pray for Schneider and need for new contracts at work.

Asked to see if there were any goals for 2021, not much other then  getting out alive and getting in better shape/loss weight both are good goals. but something to think about for this year.
