Preamble:

Another "oops I have Q tomorrow?" day so third time is the charm for the One Hit Wonders WOD. Disclaimer, welcome Brown Belt to his sophomore workout.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey around the trail from the bridge to the baseball field concession stand.

The Thang:

Mosey back out to the trail and down to the parking lot by the soccer fields. The girlfriends were waiting.

30 Block

A block of 4 exercises with 30 reps each sandwiched between an escalating list of items, Burpees, Merkins, Lunge, LBC and Squats.  Start with Burpees before the first 30 Block and add an exercise each time we come back around.  BUT, if you know the artist of the song that is playing when we have to do Burpees we skip them. Only had to do Burpees on the first song.
